Delivery, commissioning, call-out fees, installation, and electrical work are excluded unless specifically quoted for. CJ ACDC SOLUTION is not responsible for any loss or damage caused while goods are in transit where the customer has rejected our quotation for special packaging.
Where goods are not delivered by CJ ACDC SOLUTION, or collected by the Customer, but is collected or delivered to an independent carrier, collection/delivery to the carrier shall be deemed to be delivered to the Customer.
Where the Goods have been delivered to the carrier, CJ ACDC SOLUTION is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Warranty & Returns
Units are warranted against faulty workmanship and components for a period of twelve months from the date of supply (solar batteries excluded).
If a Product/s is purchased from CJ ACDC SOLUTION, the system design was done by CJ ACDC SOLUTION but the installation was not done by CJ ACDC SOLUTION, the warranty only applies to the product/s supplied and not to the functioning of the system in which the product/s is/are used.
CJ ACDC SOLUTION cannot guarantee the functioning or performance of a system if CJ ACDC SOLUTION’s product/s are not used and/or are mixed with other components not endorsed by CJ ACDC SOLUTION.
MULTIFLOW PUMP RANGE
Our MULTIFLOW pump range warranty is 2 years for factory faults only.
This warranty is valid if the warranty form is returned to CJ ACDC SOLUTION (cjacdc97@gmail.com) within 14 days of system purchase.
If the warranty is not on record, the system is not under warranty.
While CJ ACDC SOLUTION provides advice regarding the usage of goods supplied, the suitability of the goods for the use contemplated by the client is the sole responsibility of the client.
CJ ACDC SOLUTION will in no way be responsible for the suitability of the goods sold for any particular end use.
The Multi Flow warranty is only valid if the pump is installed with our suggested solar panels and in our suggested panel configurations.
The warranty does not cover faulty installations. We suggest a trained professional install the product.
SPITFIRE ECONOMY RANGE
Our Spitfire pump range warranty is 1 year for factory faults only.
This warranty is valid if the warranty form is returned to CJ ACDC SOLUTION (cjacdc97@gmail.com) within 14 days of system purchase.
If the warranty is not on record, the system is not under warranty.
SOLAR HARDWARE SALES
If a Product/s is purchased from CJ ACDC SOLUTION but neither the system design nor installation/commissioning was done by CJ ACDC SOLUTION, the warranty only applies to the product/s supplied and not to the functioning of a system in which the product/s is/are used.
There are no returns or warranties on product/s incorrectly sized, installed, or damaged through incorrect system design.
Returns of regular stock items must be made within 7 days and are subject to handling fees.
Cut cables, fuses, and batteries are non-returnable.
If we had to order special components that we don’t stock, the items cannot be returned.
There is no return for solar batteries.
If you feel the battery isn’t performing, please send CJ ACDC SOLUTION the battery monitoring data; we will then discuss the matter with our suppliers.

SOLAR ROOFTOP INSTALLATIONS
All warranties and terms-and-conditions for specific rooftop solar projects will be in the custom proposal provided to the client.
